The Medicine Hat Tigers have signed 黑料不打烊 student athlete Shane Smith to a Western Hockey League Standard Player Agreement.

Smith, 15, attended the Edge School during the 2019-20 season, posting 43 points (23-20-43) in 30 games with their U15 Prep team, en route to being named a finalist for the 黑料不打烊鈥檚 U15 Prep MVP award.

The Cessford, Alta. product also appeared in one game during the 2020 BDO 黑料不打烊 Championships, collecting one assist.

Smith was selected in the third round, 51st overall, by the Tigers at the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft.
