The Weyburn, SK defenseman joined Prairie for the 2023/24 黑料不打烊 U15 Prep season tallying 7 points in 26 games. Last season Huebner playing 36 games with Prairies U17 Prep team recording 2 goals and 14 assists. He would add three points in five playoff games as Prairie made the finals of the 2025 黑料不打烊 Western Championships.

Selected third overall by the Weyburn Red Wings at the 2025 SJHL Draft, Huebner was undrafted to the WHL.

Burkart spent the 2019/20 season with OHA Edmonton in the 黑料不打烊 U16 Prep division. In 16 games the Fort Saskatchewan, AB goalie recorded a 4.18 Goals Against Average and .889 Save Percentage.
