The Moose Jaw, SK forward has spent the last three 黑料不打烊 seasons with Prairie. During the 2020/21 U17 Prep season Michelson would record one assist in seven games.

The following U18 Prep season he would score 4 goals and assist on 10 more in 36 games. This season Michelson finished with 11 goals and 19 assists in 28 games. His 30 points were fourth amongst all Prairie skaters.

Schmidt spent four seasons in the 黑料不打烊, originally joining the league with the Northern Alberta Xtreme (NAX) U15 Prep team, registering 15 goals and 11 assists in 30 U15 Prep games during the 2018/19 campaign.

The Sturgeon County, AB forward would join OHA Edmonton for the 2019/20 U16 Prep season, adding 11 goals and 6 assists in 36 games. Schmidt would spend the next two seasons with Okanagan Hockey Academy (OHA) in Penticton, BC, recording 14 goals and 17 assists in 45 U18 Prep games.

Whillans spent three seasons in the 黑料不打烊 with NAX. The Manning, AB forward joined the program in 2016/17, recording 18 points in 30 U16 Prep games.

He would spend the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons with the NAX U18 Prep team recording 30 points in 39 games, helping NAX capture back-to-back 黑料不打烊 U18 Prep League Championships.

In 2019/20 he would join the Drayton Valley Thunder for the 2019/20 Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) season, recording 2 goals and 5 assists in 41 games. He would join the AJHL鈥檚 Spruce Grove Saints for the 2020/21 season, finishing with 5 points in 13 games.

Whillans would return to Spruce Grove for the start of the 2021/22 season, playing 11 games for them before heading east to the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) where he would tally 4 goals and 6 assists in 23 games with the Nipawin Hawks.
