The Sharks selected the North Vancouver, BC forward in the third round, 82nd overall at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft. Captain of the Kelowna Rockets, Wetsch had 72 points in 65 games this season.

Prior to joining the Rockets he spent three WHL seasons with the Calgary Hitmen, recording 124 points in 180 games. The Hitmen originally selected Wetsch in the first round, 12th overall at the 2021 WHL Draft.

During his time in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Wetsch played for the North Shore Warriors and BWC Academy. He would tally a league best 46 assists and 77 points in 29 U15 games in 2019/20 with North Shore, adding 15 points in 4 playoff games to help his team win the 2020 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ U15 Western Championship.

The following U15 Prep season he recorded 13 points in 5 games with the BWC Academy U15 Prep team. During the 2021/22 U18 Prep campaign he posted 47 points in 31 games before adding 8 points in 5 playoff games as BWC Academy were crowned 2022 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ U18 Prep Western Champions.

Selected sixth overall by the Utah Mammoth at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft, Iginla recorded 13 goals and 11 assists for 24 points in 12 games in February. On the season he sits tied for fourth in the WHL with 36 goals, despite playing just 39 games. He has added 35 assists for 71 points, good enough for 14th, while having played at least 8 fewer games than all the skaters above him.

Originally selected by the Seattle Thunderbirds ninth overall at the 2021 WHL Draft, the Lake Country, BC forward is in his third WHL season with the Rockets, having recorded 103 goals, 103 assists and 206 points in 175 games.

A 2022/23 WHL Champion with Seattle, Iginla has won a U17 World Hockey Challenge silver medal, a U18 World Championships Gold medal, and a World Juniors Bronze medal with Team Canada.

The son of former NHLer and 2020 Hockey Hall of Fame inductee Jarome Iginla, Tij spent the 2021/22 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ U18 Prep season with RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna. That year he would finish second in team scoring, behind Gavin McKenna, with 48 points in 32 games.

The Lightning selected the South Surrey, BC netminder in the seventh round, 206th overall at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

Meneghin spent four seasons in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ with Delta Hockey Academy.He would join the program in 2017/18, going 13-0-0 with a 1.97 GAA and .907SV% in 16 U15 games. The following U15 Prep season he posted a 12-3-0 record with 1 shutout, a 3.34 GAA and .899 SV%. He would make the jump to the Delta U18 Prep team in 2020/21, and spend the 2021/22 season with the team as well, going 8-11-1 with a .908 SV%, 3.97 GAA and 1 shutout.

Undrafted to the WHL, Meneghin would sign with the Lethbridge Hurricanes, joining the team full time for the 2022/23 season. He would play two full season with the Hurricanes and start the 2024/25 season with them before being traded to the Medicine Hat Tigers.

With the Tigers this season he would go 23-9-2 with a .901 SV%, 2.56 GAA, and 3 shutouts. Meneghin would then go 14-1-0 with 3 shutouts, a .906 SV% and 2.35 GAA to capture the WHL Playoff MVP as the Tigers were crowned WHL Champions.

The Blue Jackets drafted the Fort St. John, BC netmidner in the second round, 60th overall at the 2024 NHL Draft.

Gardner spent five seasons in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ with RHA Kelowna. He joined the program in 2018/19, playing 20 U15 games for the program, which at the time was still called Pursuit of Excellence (POE). He returned to POE in 2019/20, playing 16 U15 Prep games. The following COVID-19 shortened season with RHA Kelowna, he would play two U15 Prep games.

In 2021/22 he would make the jump to RHA Kelowna’s U18 Prep team, posting a 2.98 GAA, .914 SV% and 14-3-1 record, leading to the Saskatoon Blades selecting him in the third round, 53rd overall at the 2021 WHL Draft. He would return to the RHA Kelowna U18 Prep team the following season, going 9-5-1 with a .926 SV% and 3.16 GAA.

Gardner would begin his WHL career with the Blades in 2023/24, posting a 21-5-0 record with a 1.91 GAA, .927 V% and 4 shutouts. Both his 1.91 GAA and .927 SV% were a WHL best.

This season Gardner has went 22-12-4 with a .911 SV%, 2.83 GAA and 3 shutouts with the Blades.

The Panthers selected the Edmonton, AB forward in the sixth round, 193rd overall at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

St. Martin joined OHA Edmonton for the 2018/19 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ U15 Prep season, tallying 18 points in 27 games. The following U15 Prep campaign he would finish with 17 points in 25 games, leading to the Medicine Hat Tigers selecting him in the sixth round, 124th overall at the 2020 WHL Draft.

St. Martin would return to OHA Edmonton for the 2020/21 U16 Prep season and the 2021/22 U18 Prep season, finishing with a combined 33 points in 30 games.

He has spent two full seasons in the WHL with the Tigers and is currently in his third season with the club. In 154 games he has 39 goals and 43 assists, including a career high 24 goals, 28 assists and 52 points in 68 games last season.

The Calgary, AB played the 2021/22 U18 Prep season with South Alberta Hockey Academy (SAHA). In 14 games he would record 7 goals and 16 assists. Selected in the fifth round, 105th overall by the Medicine Hat Tigers at the 2020 WHL Draft, Basha would join the Tigers for the remainder of the 2021/22 season finishing with 14 points in 48 games.

Basha would suit-up for the Tigers full time in 2022/23, recording 56 points in 67 games. Last season he would finish second on the Tigers in goals (30) and third in both assists (55) and points (85) leading to the Flames selecting him in the second round, 41st overall at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

This season Basha has a goal and an assist in two games with the Tigers.

The Langley, BC forward joined St. George’s for the 2020/21 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ U15 Prep season, tallying 10 points in 6 games. The following U18 Prep campaign he would record a team high 51 points in 32 games, leading to the Victoria Royals selecting him in the second round, 23rd overall at the 2021 WHL Draft.

Gojsic spent the 2023/24 WHL season with the Kelowna Rockets tallying 50 points in 68 games. At the conclusion of the season the Predators selected him in the third round, 94th overall at the 2024 WHL Draft.

Iginla was selected sixth overall by Utah at the 2024 NHL Entry Draft becoming the first player selected in franchise history.

A forward from Lake Country, BC, Iginla  joined RHA Kelowna for the 2021/22 U18 Prep season. In 32 games he recorded a team high 26 goals, finishing second in team scoring with 48 points.

Selected ninth overall by the Seattle Thunderbirds at the 2021 WHL Draft, Iginla joined Seattle for the 2022/23 season tallying 18 points in 48 games. He would add an additional point in three playoff games as Seattle were crowned WHL Champions.

That season he would win a silver medal with Team Canada at the U17 World Hockey Challenge, recording seven points in seven games.

Prior to the start of the 2023/24 season Iginla would be traded to the Kelowna Rockets leading to a breakout season of 84 points in 64 games while being named a WHL (BC) First All-Star Team. He would help Canada capture gold at the U18 World Championships with 12 points in 7 games.

Tij is the son of former NHLer and Hockey Hall of Fame member Jarome Iginla.

At the 2023 NHL Draft a new record of 25 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ alumni were selected, passing the previous record of 23 at the 2021 NHL Draft. The ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ alumni selected matched that record at the 2024 NHL Draft.

Cayden Lindstrom (4th), Tij Iginla, Terik Parascak (17th) and EJ Emery (30th) were all selected in the first round, one off the record of 5 set in 2021 and 2023. Overall, 30 ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ alumni have been selected in the first round since 2012.

As a league, the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ saw a record 25 former student-athletes selected between Friday and Saturday. With a total of 225 players selected at this years draft, 11.1% of players selected played in the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ.
